Responsibility
- Design and deliver interactive Mandarin lessons for children aged 2 to 6.
- Create a playful, language-rich classroom environment.
- Develop age-appropriate activities to enhance language acquisition.
- Assess and monitor student progress through observations and feedback.
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support each childās learning journey.
- Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to broaden studentsā understanding.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
- Participate in school events and parent-teacher meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin.
- Previous experience teaching young children (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and language development.
- Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing teaching style.
- Willingness to work in a multicultural team.
