Responsibility
- Design and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning programs for infants (0-3 years) aligned with early childhood development best practices.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and social interaction.
- Monitor and document each childās developmental milestones, including motor skills, language acquisition, and emotional growth.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians through regular communication to share progress, insights, and personalized care strategies.
- Incorporate multicultural and bilingual elements into daily activities to reflect Baliās diverse community.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and well-being in accordance with local and international childcare regulations.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development to stay updated on early education trends.
- Assist in organizing parent workshops and community events to promote early learning awareness.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with infants (0-3 years) in a childcare or educational setting.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR for infants and toddlers (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or other child-centered pedagogies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or French, are a plus).
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for early childhood development.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support program operations.
