Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to operational, service, and compliance needs.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with branch managers and department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback, and assessments.
- Ensure all training materials and programs comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and resource allocation.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to employees to reinforce learning and drive performance improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously enhance training methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, operations, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services or retail sector.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, compliance requirements, and service excellence standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve training outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
