Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and interactive English and literacy lessons to young learners.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with LCentral's curriculum and educational standards.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.
- Foster a positive and supportive relationship with students, parents, and the broader school community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Previous experience teaching young learners, preferably in an early literacy or English language setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student-centered learning.
- Ability to create a fun, engaging, and structured classroom environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to different teaching environments and student needs.
- Willingness to work across various locations in Bali.
