Responsibility
- Provide strategic direction and visionary leadership for the school's academic programs and faculty.
- Oversee daily school operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and inclusive learning environment.
- Mentor and coach teaching staff to enhance pedagogical excellence and classroom management.
- Uphold and enhance CIS accreditation standards and international school benchmarks.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the wider community.
- Manage the school budget, resources, and administrative processes effectively.
- Lead professional development initiatives that align with the school's mission and core values.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Education (DepEd) regulations while maintaining an international standard of excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership, School Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership position within a K-12 international school setting.
- Deep understanding of the Multiple Intelligence theory and modern, student-centered learning methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing CIS, WASC, or equivalent international accreditation processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong command of curriculum development, instructional design, and educational technology.
- Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Valid license for professional teachers (LPT) or equivalent international certification.
