Responsibility
- Deliver engaging Mandarin lessons tailored to students' proficiency levels (beginner to advanced).
- Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to enhance language retention and cultural understanding.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Design interactive lesson plans incorporating multimedia, games, and real-world scenarios.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to align curriculum with school standards.
- Organize cultural activities or events to deepen students' connection to Mandarin-speaking regions.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student development.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin (simplified or traditional characters).
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, Chinese Studies, or related field (preferred).
- Prior teaching experience, especially with non-native speakers (TEFL/TESOL certification a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience to work with diverse age groups.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital learning platforms.
