Responsibility
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and creativity.
- Monitor and assess each child’s progress, providing individualized support to meet their developmental needs.
- Foster social skills and emotional intelligence through group activities, storytelling, and play-based learning.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and build strong home-school connections.
- Organize and lead extracurricular activities, such as arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Kindergarten Teacher, Preschool Teacher, or Early Childhood Educator (fresh graduates with strong passion are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach to teaching young learners.
- Familiarity with play-based learning, Montessori, or other early childhood education methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including part-time schedules if applicable.
- Fluency in English and/or Indonesian (bilingual candidates are highly preferred).
- First Aid and CPR certification for children (desirable but not mandatory).
