Responsibility
- Deliver engaging coding lessons to children aged 4–18 using age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to align with Coding Bee Academy’s interactive curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with the academic team to refine teaching materials and strategies.
- Organize fun coding challenges, hackathons, or project showcases to motivate students.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, both in-person and online (if applicable).
- Stay updated on emerging trends in coding education for young learners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience teaching coding, STEM, or technology to children (formal or informal).
- Proficiency in beginner-friendly programming languages (e.g., Scratch, Python, Blockly).
- Strong communication skills and patience when working with young learners.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into fun, digestible lessons.
- Passion for education and a growth mindset in teaching methodologies.
- Flexibility to teach in multiple locations across Bali (transportation provided if needed).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
