Responsibility
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Learning Academy, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
- Design and deliver comprehensive clinical education programs for aesthetic professionals, including workshops, certifications, and online courses.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance program credibility and industry engagement.
- Oversee the creation of training materials, curricula, and assessment tools to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
- Lead a team of educators and trainers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Monitor industry developments and integrate emerging technologies and techniques into training programs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote academy offerings and drive enrollment.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Medical Sciences, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering clinical or medical education programs, preferably in the aesthetics industry.
- Strong network of industry contacts, including KOLs, clinicians, and educators.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing teams and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, LMS, and digital training tools.
