Responsibility
- Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and manage chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, allergies) for students.
- Conduct health screenings (vision, hearing, growth) and maintain accurate health records.
- Develop and implement health education programs for students and staff.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals to support student well-being.
- Ensure compliance with school health policies and local regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked health office.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (RN or equivalent) recognized in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in pediatrics or school health.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Familiarity with health record-keeping and documentation.
- Knowledge of public health principles and school health programs.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
