Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to employees in case of injuries or sudden illnesses.
- Conduct regular health screenings, including blood pressure checks, vision tests, and general wellness assessments.
- Develop and implement workplace wellness programs to promote healthy lifestyles among employees.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including maintaining accurate health records and reporting.
- Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with HR and management to create health and safety policies tailored to the workplace.
- Educate employees on disease prevention, hygiene practices, and ergonomic best practices.
- Monitor and manage workplace health risks, including infectious disease control and mental health support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (preferably with occupational health certification).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical nursing, occupational health, or corporate healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and health assessment protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with employees.
- Familiarity with occupational health laws and workplace safety standards.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive health information.
- Proficient in basic computer applications for health record management.
