Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess suitability for aesthetic treatments (e.g., injectables, lasers, skin rejuvenation).
- Assist dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners during procedures, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Administer non-surgical treatments (e.g., Botox, fillers, PRP) under supervision after completing training.
- Monitor patients post-treatment, providing follow-up care and addressing any concerns.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-procedure care, treatment benefits, and realistic expectations.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and consent forms in compliance with clinic policies.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and aesthetic products, ensuring stock levels are optimal.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all patient interactions.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Valid SNB (Singapore Nursing Board) registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (aesthetic experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and patient care principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clients.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision in treatment administration and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive aesthetic nursing training (provided by the employer).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are advantageous.
