Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans tailored to individual resident needs, ensuring holistic and patient-centered approaches.
  • Monitor and maintain clinical standards, including infection control, medication management, and emergency response protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, therapists, social workers) to optimize resident outcomes and family satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews to foster professional development and team cohesion.
  • Oversee budget management for nursing operations, including resource allocation, supply procurement, and cost-effective care delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare standards, including documentation, audits, and accreditation requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and management, addressing concerns and promoting transparent communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role in healthcare settings.
  • Valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR) and up-to-date certifications in BLS/ACLS.
  • Proven track record in team leadership, conflict resolution, and staff development in high-volume care environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and experience with JCI or national accreditation standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software (e.g., EMR, nursing documentation systems).
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, patient advocacy, and continuous quality improvement.
