Responsibility
- Coordinate and conduct patient surveys to collect data on asthma management, treatment adherence, and care satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to analyze survey results and identify areas for improvement in patient care protocols.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all survey collection, storage, and reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain patient engagement strategies to maximize survey participation and feedback quality.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing survey findings and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in the implementation of care optimization initiatives based on survey data and clinical best practices.
- Monitor and track patient progress through follow-up surveys and coordinate with care providers for interventions.
- Stay updated on asthma treatment guidelines and healthcare regulations to ensure compliance in all survey activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare coordination, patient care, or survey data collection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in data entry, analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets), and survey platforms.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and asthma care protocols is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple surveys and deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
