Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients in accordance with healthcare standards.
- Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, vital signs, and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety regulations, and ethical standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development, training, and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license or registration (e.g., STR in Indonesia or equivalent).
- No prior experience requiredâfresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle emergencies with composure.
- Basic computer skills for electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
