Responsibility
- Provide warm, professional greetings to patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming clinic atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and follow-ups using clinic management software.
- Assist audiologists and healthcare staff with patient preparation, record-keeping, and administrative tasks.
- Handle inventory management for hearing aids, accessories, and clinic supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Process patient payments, insurance claims, and billing with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Educate patients on hearing health, device maintenance, and aftercare under professional supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinic environment in line with healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline operations and enhance patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelorâs degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical, hospital, or customer service role (hearing healthcare is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, clinic software) and quick learning ability for new systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality care.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare compliance is beneficial.
- Willingness to work in Canggu, Bali, with valid work authorization for Indonesia.
