Responsibility
- Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff as needed
- Conduct health screenings and maintain accurate student health records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Develop and implement health education programs for students and staff
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to manage chronic health conditions
- Monitor and report on school health trends and concerns
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations and school policies
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid Indonesian nursing license (SIP/SIK)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in pediatric or school health settings
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with excellent communication skills
- Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills
- Experience with electronic health records and basic computer skills
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
