Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Conduct routine and advanced dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and dental implants.
- Perform surgical procedures such as wisdom tooth extractions, gum surgeries, and bone grafting with precision and care.
- Provide cosmetic dentistry services, including teeth whitening, veneers, and smile makeovers, to enhance patients' confidence and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and specialists to ensure seamless, multidisciplinary patient care.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance to promote long-term dental health.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to clinical protocols and data privacy regulations.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in dental technology, techniques, and best practices through continuous professional development.
- Participate in community outreach programs and dental health awareness campaigns to promote oral health education.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), or equivalent degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid dental license and registration to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience as a Dental Surgeon, with proficiency in general and specialized dentistry.
- Experience in performing surgical procedures, including extractions, implants, and periodontal treatments.
- Strong knowledge of dental radiography, digital imaging, and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Familiarity with dental practice management software and electronic health records (EHR).
