Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic and aesthetic treatments under medical supervision, including facials, laser therapies, body contouring, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess skin conditions, recommend personalized treatment plans, and set realistic expectations.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and lifestyle adjustments to optimize results.
- Uphold strict hygiene and sterilization standards for all equipment and treatment rooms to prevent infections and ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to manage appointment schedules, inventory of skincare products, and operational workflows.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, attending training sessions and workshops as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Aesthetic Therapy, Dermatology Nursing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or certification to practice as a Clinic Therapist in Indonesia (e.g., STR from the Ministry of Health).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting, with proficiency in advanced skincare treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, common dermatological conditions, and contraindications for aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English (and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus) to effectively consult with international and local clients.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision, patient confidentiality, and ethical practice.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate clinic schedules and patient needs.
