Responsibility
- Perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds, ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.
- Operate and maintain advanced radiography equipment, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to interpret imaging results and provide preliminary findings when necessary.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures, explaining processes and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality assurance programs to continuously improve imaging services and patient outcomes.
- Train and mentor junior radiographers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiography technology and best practices through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiography or a related field; certification as a Radiographer is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in diagnostic imaging for Radiographers; 5+ years for Senior Radiographers.
- Proven expertise in operating radiography equipment, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound machines.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS) or Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to assigned locations in Bali.
