Responsibility
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to students and staff as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records for all students.
- Conduct health screenings and assessments to monitor student well-being.
- Develop and implement health education programs for students and staff.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers to support student health needs.
- Ensure compliance with school health policies and local health regulations.
- Manage and maintain medical supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (Registered Nurse) in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and health education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Familiarity with school health policies and regulations.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
