Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in compliance with pharmaceutical standards and company protocols.
- Provide professional advice and guidance to customers on the proper use, dosage, and potential side effects of medications.
- Verify the accuracy of prescriptions and ensure they are legally authorized before dispensing.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory of pharmaceutical supplies, including monitoring stock levels and expiration dates.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and medication management.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies related to pharmaceutical distribution and patient safety.
- Educate patients on general health and wellness, including over-the-counter medication recommendations.
- Document all transactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines (PRC license required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and patient counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and healthcare professionals.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in medication dispensing.
