Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase student enrollment and meet annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high schools, local businesses, and community organizations to promote ACLC College’s programs.
- Conduct presentations, campus tours, and information sessions to engage prospective students and parents.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline enrollment processes and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent ACLC College at education fairs, career expos, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline growth, and ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Mentor and lead a team of admissions officers to ensure alignment with institutional goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, business development, or admissions within the education sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in lead generation, CRM management, and data analysis to drive decision-making.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine education landscape and familiarity with IT/technical-vocational programs.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to travel within Central Luzon for outreach and promotional activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and sales tracking tools.
