Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on furniture selections.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and assembly processes to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Assist in the assembly and display of furniture to maintain an attractive and organized showroom.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive and high-performing retail environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure products are well-presented at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home decor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to lift and assemble furniture with attention to detail and safety.
- Basic knowledge of interior design principles and furniture styles is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or design is advantageous.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
- Passion for home furnishings and a desire to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
