Responsibility
- Conduct high-quality photography of student KTA cards in compliance with school and project guidelines.
- Accurately collect, verify, and input student data into digital systems or databases.
- Ensure all captured data adheres to privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Coordinate with school administrators to schedule data collection sessions.
- Maintain organized records of all photographed and documented materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in student data with minimal supervision.
- Provide regular updates on progress and any challenges encountered during the process.
- Follow all health and safety protocols while working on-site at schools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data collection, photography, or administrative roles, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in using digital cameras, scanners, or mobile devices for data capture.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and spreadsheet management (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with school staff and students.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a part-time, flexible schedule.
- Familiarity with Indonesian education systems and documentation processes is a plus.
- Own transportation is preferred for mobility across different school locations in Bali.
