Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP modules, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure SAP solutions, and implement enhancements.
- Monitor SAP system health, perform regular maintenance, and proactively identify potential issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Train end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices to maximize system adoption.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to integrate SAP with other enterprise systems.
- Participate in SAP upgrade projects, testing, and deployment activities.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP support, configuration, or administration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, or HR.
- Experience with SAP troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with ABAP programming or SAP scripting is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Support Associate) is highly desirable.
