Responsibility
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends in user engagement, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Support the development and tracking of KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, churn rate) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social) using data-driven insights.
- Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, CTAs, and user flows to improve conversion and retention metrics.
- Create dashboards and reports (using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or SQL) to visualize performance for stakeholders.
- Research market trends and competitor strategies to inform data-backed recommendations for growth opportunities.
- Automate repetitive data processes using scripts (Python, Excel macros) to improve efficiency.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose innovative experiments for user acquisition and monetization.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SQL, or Python (a plus).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and growth hacking principles.
- Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly to non-technical teams.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
- Passion for tech, startups, or the recruitment industry is a strong plus.
