Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications using modern frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability for mission-critical systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and mentoring junior developers.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design to support long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development, with expertise in Spring Boot and microservices.
- Strong proficiency in databases (SQL/NoSQL) and experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global team.
- Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and performance optimization techniques.
