Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable HR and workforce management solutions using modern software engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve our product offerings.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong proficiency in backend development (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js) and familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling principles.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
