Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and document comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate AI/ML datasets and models.
- Identify, analyze, and report defects, inconsistencies, or deviations in data quality with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and project managers to refine quality metrics and improve processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose corrective actions to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI training data against predefined quality benchmarks.
- Automate repetitive testing tasks where possible to increase scalability and reduce manual effort.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in QA for AI/ML and implement them within the team.
- Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on complex quality assurance challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in AI/ML, data annotation, or software testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and metrics (e.g., defect tracking, test case management).
- Experience with data validation, statistical analysis, and identifying patterns in large datasets.
- Proficiency in using QA tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a stable internet connection.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, NLP, or computer vision is a strong plus.
