Responsibility
- Lead the analysis of product performance data across all categories to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models to support portfolio reviews, pricing strategies, and inventory planning.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate data insights into actionable product recommendations and roadmaps.
- Design and implement A/B tests and experiments to evaluate product features, user engagement, and business impact.
- Create dashboards and reports using tools like SQL, Python, or Tableau to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and track product health metrics to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize campaigns and product positioning based on data-driven insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven decision-making roles.
- Proficient in SQL, Python (or R), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is a plus.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and Agile methodologies.
- Prior experience in the health tech, e-commerce, or consumer electronics industry is highly desirable.
