Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, from strategy development to execution and evaluation.
- Identify and assess business processes for digital optimization, proposing scalable and cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital initiatives with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Design and implement technology roadmaps, including cloud migration, automation, and data analytics integration.
- Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless transition and user training.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Measure and report on the impact of digital transformation efforts, using KPIs and ROI analysis.
- Foster a culture of digital literacy and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital transformation, IT consulting, or business process optimization.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing (AWS, Azure), ERP systems, and automation tools.
- Experience in project management, with Agile/Scrum certification being an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
