ABeam Consulting is expanding its SAP Human Experience Management (HXM) practice in Bali, Indonesia, and we are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant to lead transformative HR digitalization projects for our global clients.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions, ensuring seamless integration with broader HR ecosystems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and drive best practices in HR process automation, data management, and compliance.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects, from blueprinting to go-live and hypercare support.
- Configure and customize Employee Central modules, including organizational structures, position management, and employee data models.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend SAP best practices.
- Integrate Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation) and third-party systems.
- Develop and execute test scripts, ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and compliance with global HR standards.
- Provide expert guidance on HR data migration, security, and role-based permissions in SuccessFactors.
- Mentor junior consultants and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support.
- Proven track record of leading at least 2 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors projects (preferably in a consulting environment).
- Strong expertise in Employee Central configuration, workflows, rules engine, and DTD (Data Transfer Direct).
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (highly preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex HR system issues.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements (if required).
