Responsibility
- Provide L3 support for MuleSoft platform, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex technical issues.
- Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and availability of the MuleSoft platform.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of MuleSoft applications.
- Develop and implement best practices for platform administration, security, and compliance.
- Create and maintain documentation for support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and platform configurations.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization to enhance platform efficiency.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MuleSoft platform support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API management, runtime management, and integration patterns.
- Experience with troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning in a production environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect are a plus.
