Are you a seasoned MuleSoft Platform Support Engineer looking to take your career to the next level? In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, support, and administration of our MuleSoft platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

As a L3 Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing platform performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. Responsibility

  • Provide L3 support for MuleSoft platform, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and availability of the MuleSoft platform.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of MuleSoft applications.
  • Develop and implement best practices for platform administration, security, and compliance.
  • Create and maintain documentation for support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and platform configurations.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization to enhance platform efficiency.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MuleSoft platform support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API management, runtime management, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning in a production environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect are a plus.
