This is a contract position offering the flexibility to work remotely from the vibrant locations of Bali, Indonesia, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and more.

Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate system functionality.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues using tools like JIRA or Salesforce-specific platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on QA processes and requirements.
- Automate testing processes where possible to improve efficiency and coverage using tools like Selenium or Salesforce-specific automation frameworks.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability and stability.
- Review and analyze business requirements and user stories to ensure testability and completeness.
- Provide clear and concise reporting on test results, defects, and QA metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, with at least 2 years specializing in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, and data validation techniques.
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or QA-related certifications) are highly desirable.
