Responsibility
- Design, configure, and implement SAP SD modules in a Public Cloud environment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business process requirements for sales, distribution, and order management.
- Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP SD cloud solutions.
- Provide technical and functional support for SAP SD-related issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Lead or assist in data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP SD on Public Cloud, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user guides.
- Train end-users and stakeholders on SAP SD functionalities and cloud-based workflows to ensure smooth adoption.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP Public Cloud updates and industry trends to recommend process improvements and innovations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) with at least 1 year in SAP Public Cloud (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud).
- Proven track record of end-to-end SAP SD implementation, including configuration, customization, and support.
- Strong knowledge of sales order processing, pricing procedures, output determination, and shipping in SAP.
- Experience with cloud integration tools (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform, MuleSoft, or similar) and API-based connections.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies for project delivery in cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to debug complex SAP SD issues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with global teams.
- SAP SD certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is a plus.
