As the SAP Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of S/4HANA deployment, ensuring seamless integration, user adoption, and business process optimization. Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end S/4HANA implementation, from planning and blueprinting to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align SAP solutions with organizational goals.
- Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration with existing enterprise applications.
- Drive user training, change management, and adoption strategies to maximize ROI.
- Identify risks, mitigate issues, and ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards.
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Proven expertise in SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, PP, and SD.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and finance processes.
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA or PMP/Prince2 is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with a global team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
