Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain Monday.com workflows and automations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Integrate Monday.com with other business platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, or project management tools) to create unified systems.
- Build and customize dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide data-driven insights for stakeholders.
- Identify bottlenecks in existing processes and propose automation solutions to eliminate manual tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable system improvements.
- Document workflows, integrations, and system configurations for training and reference purposes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of automated processes.
- Stay updated on the latest Monday.com features and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Monday.com Administrator or similar role, with a portfolio of built workflows/automations.
- Strong understanding of business process automation and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or native APIs).
- Proficiency in creating custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Monday.com or similar platforms.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or project management software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with non-technical teams and explain complex systems simply.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving inefficiencies.
- Bonus: Certification in Monday.com or other relevant automation tools.
