Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven solutions, from ideation and market research to development, launch, and iteration.
- Define and prioritize product features based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, with a focus on AI/ML integration.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to translate AI research into scalable, user-centric products.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market trends in AI and machine learning.
- Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify opportunities for AI innovation and product differentiation.
- Monitor product performance metrics (e.g., accuracy, adoption, retention) and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of product vision, timelines, and trade-offs.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry best practices to inform product strategy and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML-driven products or platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LLMs).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical constraints with business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!).
- Passion for AI and its applications, with a curiosity to explore new technologies and trends.
