Responsibility
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and IT systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and network components as needed.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to infrastructure, applications, and connectivity.
- Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data integrity checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable IT solutions.
- Document infrastructure configurations, changes, and incident reports for compliance and auditing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, network administration, or systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and troubleshooting tools.
- Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint security solutions.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, scripting (PowerShell, Bash), and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL) are a plus.
