Responsibility
- Design, configure, and implement SAP PP modules to align with client-specific manufacturing and production planning requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis between business processes and SAP PP functionalities, proposing optimized solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for production workflows.
- Develop and maintain master data (e.g., BOMs, work centers, routing) to ensure accuracy and efficiency in production processes.
- Provide end-user training and create comprehensive documentation for SAP PP configurations and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production orders, capacity planning, and material availability.
- Support integration of SAP PP with other modules (e.g., MM, QM, CO) to ensure seamless data flow across the enterprise.
- Stay updated with SAP PP advancements and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP PP Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP PP module, including production orders, capacity planning, MRP, and shop floor management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or SAP ECC, including implementation, customization, and support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP PP certification (e.g., C_TS422 or equivalent) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid or on-site model in Denpasar, Bali.
