Responsibility
- Monitor SAP system performance, including background jobs, BW process chains, and Control-M operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage SAP transport requests, ensuring smooth and error-free deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP-related projects and initiatives.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Perform regular system health checks and proactive maintenance.
- Assist in the implementation of SAP updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP monitoring, support, or administration.
- Strong understanding of SAP Basis, BW process chains, and Control-M.
- Experience with SAP transport management and system troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SAP monitoring tools and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- SAP certification (e.g., SAP Basis, SAP BW) is a plus.
