Responsibility
- Administer and maintain SAP HRIS modules, including employee data, payroll, benefits, and time management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
- Develop and document HRIS processes, workflows, and best practices for end-users.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to HR staff on SAP HRIS functionalities.
- Ensure data accuracy and security by performing regular audits and backups.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HRIS trends and recommend improvements to optimize system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HRIS Analyst, with hands-on expertise in SAP HR modules (e.g., OM, PA, PY, Time Management).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights using SAP reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in system configuration and data management.
- Experience with system integrations and third-party HR applications is a plus.
- Ability to work night shifts (aligning with global time zones) and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with international stakeholders.
