Responsibility
- Configure and customize SAP functional modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD) to align with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements for SAP enhancements or new implementations.
- Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure SAP solutions meet functional and performance standards prior to deployment.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for SAP-related issues, including root cause analysis and resolution, while documenting solutions for knowledge sharing.
- Develop and maintain SAP process documentation, user manuals, and training materials to facilitate end-user adoption.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization, automation, or workflow improvements.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and third-party applications or legacy systems.
- Stay current with SAP updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Analyst or Consultant, with expertise in at least one SAP module (e.g., FI, MM, SD).
- Proven experience in SAP configuration, testing, and deployment in a corporate or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, sales) and how they map to SAP functionalities.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or SAP ECC, with knowledge of ABAP debugging as a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in SAP modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, global team.
