Responsibility
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex infrastructure, networking, and cloud-related issues.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure IT infrastructure solutions.
- Oversee the management of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and on-premises systems.
- Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance security and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business goals and projects.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and hardware.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and system administration.
- Experience leading and managing IT teams, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
