As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to drive financial efficiency and business growth. Responsibility
- Design, configure, and implement SAP FI and CO modules in alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document financial and controlling process needs.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs using SAP tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, BW).
- Provide end-user training and support for SAP FICO functionalities, ensuring smooth adoption and troubleshooting.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and validation to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Optimize existing SAP FICO processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance scalability.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Stay updated with SAP updates, patches, and industry trends to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; SAP certification (FI/CO) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or similar role.
- Proven expertise in SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Product Costing).
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a mid-shift schedule and adapt to a hybrid work model (2x onsite per week).
- Familiarity with SAP Integration (e.g., MM, SD, HR) and data migration tools is an advantage.
