As a seasoned SAP FI/CO specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and deploying SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting modules. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical SAP configurations.
- Design and optimize financial processes to enhance automation, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide expert recommendations for SAP best practices and customizations.
- Develop and execute test plans, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of SAP financial solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex financial system issues, working closely with IT and business stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP certification (FI/CO or S/4HANA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP FI/CO modules, with at least 2+ years in S/4HANA.
- Proven track record of leading full-cycle SAP projects, from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Deep understanding of financial accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and their application in SAP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex system issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in global, remote teams.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, CDM (Central Finance), or SAP Analytics Cloud is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in a contract-based role with potential for long-term engagement.
