Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Sourcing, Contract Management, Procure-to-Pay) in alignment with business requirements.
- Configure and customize SAP Ariba solutions, including workflows, approvals, and integrations with SAP MM and other ERP systems.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather, analyze, and document procurement process requirements.
- Provide functional expertise in supplier onboarding, catalog management, and spend analytics to optimize procurement operations.
- Conduct user training and create comprehensive documentation to ensure smooth adoption of SAP Ariba tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with technical teams to ensure minimal downtime.
- Stay updated on SAP Ariba best practices and industry trends to recommend process improvements.
- Support data migration and system upgrades, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a SAP Ariba Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Sourcing, Contracts, Guided Buying, Invoice Management).
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and SAP MM integration.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.
- Certification in SAP Ariba (e.g., C_Ariba_13) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
