Responsibility
- Administer, maintain, and optimize SAP systems (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, FIORI) to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement and enforce SAP best practices, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Monitor system health, perform regular audits, and resolve technical issues proactively.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and configure SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD) accordingly.
- Manage user access, roles, and authorizations in alignment with organizational policies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Lead system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal downtime.
- Provide end-user training and support to maximize SAP adoption and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Basis Administrator or similar role.
- Proven expertise in SAP system administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, HANA, or S/4HANA architectures.
- Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with database management (Oracle, SQL) and backup/recovery procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in SAP Basis or related modules are a plus.
