Responsibility
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintenance within the SAP ERP system.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless administrative support.
- Generate and reconcile regular operational reports to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in compliance with company documentation policies.
- Handle incoming requests for system access or troubleshooting within your functional scope.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, purchase orders, and shipping manifests.
- Monitor and track inventory or project timelines as updated within SAP modules.
- Ensure full adherence to safety and operational guidelines at the Tuas site.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Prior experience with SAP (ERP) or similar enterprise resource planning software is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong data manipulation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential company information.
- Willingness to work based at our Tuas facility.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy industrial environment.
